At Lentsch Couture, we want your shopping experience to be hassle-free. Here’s a straightforward guide to our returns and exchanges:

• Please contact us HERE within 14 days of receipt of the item with your name email and order number. We will reply to
your request within two business days.
• For returns in the US, we will email you a prepaid return label free of charge. Please note that any shipping costs paid are
non-refundable.
• Items must be shipped back to us within 5 business days of the return authorization in perfect condition, unworn, unused,
and repackaged in their original packaging.
